Van Taxi

• Korean won, US dollars, and Credit Cards are acceptable.
• Taxi fares might vary depending on the traffic condition.
• Even if you ride within basic distance trip, idling charges will be applied additionally under 15 km/hour.
• No pets (except service dogs) are allowed without cages for safety and sanitary reasons.
• No drivers are allowed to transport an child under 4 years of age or 45 pounds without a car seat.

• Reservation service is for long distance trip only.
• A reservation should be made no later than 24 hour before the pick-up time.
• Please, DO NOT CANCEL this reservation by APP.
• CANCELLATION should be made via EMAIL or PHONE.
• Please, DO NOT take another vehicle and check the taxi number before you get in.
• No-shows do the drivers too much damage and it may cause you a disadvantage on your priority.
• Toll fees are the customer's responsibility and will be added to the final taxi fare.

• After clearing the customs, please come to the arrival gate and you will see our driver, holding a sign under your name.
• 15,000 won for name board service and parking fee will be added to the taxi fare.
